Capturing the world around her with an eye for detail, 'The Patient Wait' was created by Australian watercolour artist Leah Ramage and is one for the bird lovers. This piece captures a fleeting moment occurring in the backyard of my art studio as I watched our local kookaburra perch himself on the garden fence in search of his next meal. The patient wait often pays off!
